Our carbon rich forests must be preserved and changes made to our land use to bring farming emissions down to zero and maximise draw down of the excess greenhouse gases already in our atmosphere.
A coalition of Victorian groups is supporting the creation of a Victorian Great Forest National Park, including The Wilderness Society, Friends of Leadbeater’s Possum, Emerald for Sustainability, Warburton Environment and C4 Healesville.
